This problem is not directly related to X3watch, but rather, the way Windows 8 "metro mode apps" and Windows 10 apps connect and communicate with the internet and how those processes interact with other third party security apps and filters (like X3watch).
We've found communication issues exist with lots of other apps (in Microsoft's support forums). There are a few third party work-arounds that people have come up with. We are providing a link to one of the more popular workarounds below. In addition, our team is planning to research more ways to improve how we function in metro mode.
