How do I recover my password?

If you have misplaced your X3watch password, please click the link below to use our password recovery tool. 

Step 1: Click here for the password recovery page.
Step 2: Enter your email address (your email address doubles as your X3watch username). 
Step 3: Wait for the Password Reset Email to arrive. When it does, enter a new password for your account. 

*If you cannot remember the email address you used when you created your X3watch account, click here to open a support request. 

Please note: For security purposes, our customer service-support representatives do not have access to account passwords. Our representatives use the same password reset tool available to our customers. We cannot speed up password recovery.
