How do I cancel my subscription?

If you enrolled (and paid) for X3watch using an Android device, unsubscribing is easy.

There are two ways to do so:

  1. Through the Google Play app on your phone
  2. By logging into your Google account online
You can find instructions on how to use either of those options here.

Please note that X3watch customer service-support representatives cannot cancel subscriptions that were purchased via Google PlayStore. Only customers can cancel these through their PlayStore accounts. We do not offer refunds for auto-renewals (or purchases) made through mobile stores in accordance with PlayStore policy.
