How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling because the app isn't compatible with your device any longer? Or maybe it just isn't reporting? We hear you. The lack of updates has taken a toll on our Android app. But don't go just yet!

X3watch has partnered with Ever Accountable to bring existing (and new) X3watch customers the next generation of accountability software. Ever Accountable's software works on Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, Kindle Fire tablets and even Chromebooks! Although they do not block websites like X3watch, their accountability reports are second to none. There's so much more information available to users who switch over.

Android Users: Ever Accountable can monitor your entire Android device and deliver concise reports to you and your partners each and every week. Existing X3watch users already have access with your X3watch account.

Still want to cancel?

If you enrolled (and paid) for X3watch using an Android device, unsubscribing is easy.

There are two ways to do so:

  1. Through the Google Play app on your phone
  2. By logging into your Google account online
You can find instructions on how to use either of those options here.

Please note that X3watch customer service-support representatives cannot cancel subscriptions that were purchased via Google PlayStore. Only customers can cancel these through their PlayStore accounts. We do not offer refunds for auto-renewals (or purchases) made through mobile stores in accordance with PlayStore policy.
